Return Policy


Standard Return Policy: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Veterans Medical Customer Service Department by calling 727-517-4428. A return address will be provided for returning the product. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products that are not damaged, defective or at fault of Veterans Medical. Returned product must be received by Veterans Medical within 30 days of customer receiving the Return Authorization Number. If product has not been received within 30 days of customer receiving Return Authorization Number, credit will not be issued and the Return Authorization Number will be voided. If the product has been received within the 30 days a refund will be issued back to original form of payment.

Return of Damaged Goods Policy: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Veterans Medical Customer Service Department by calling 727-517-4428. A return address will be provided for returning any product. Notification of damaged shipments must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. Notification of concealed damaged items must be reported within 45 days of receipt. After notification of damaged goods, Veterans Medical will ship out replacement product within 48 hours, depending on availability. Damaged goods must be returned to Veterans Medical within 10 days after receiving the Return Authorization Number. Any damaged items not received within 10 days may not receive a full invoice credit for products being returned, and buyer will be responsible for payment of all goods. 

Defective Goods Return Policy: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Veterans Medical Customer Service Department by calling 727-517-4428. A return shipping tag will be provided for the defective goods. Returns must be made within 90 days. After notification of damaged goods, Veterans Medical will ship out replacement product within 48 hours, depending on availability. Defective goods must be returned to Veterans Medical within 10 days after receiving the shipping tag. Any defective items not received within 10 days may not receive a full invoice credit for products being returned, and buyer will be responsible for payment of all goods.

Veterans Medical At Fault Return Policy: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Veterans Medical Customer Service Department by calling 727-517-4428. A return shipping tag will be provided for the products needing to be returned. In the case of shipping error or other errors due to Veterans Medical, return freight charges both ways will be the responsibility of Veterans Medical and no restocking fee will be assessed. Returned product must be received by Veterans Medical within 30 days of customer receiving the Return Authorization Number. If product has not been received within 30 days of customer receiving Return Authorization Number, an invoice shall be issued and payment shall be expected.
