Limited Warranty

Veterans Medical Supply, Inc. warrants that your product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when you receive your product. Veterans Medical Supply, Inc. will honor all manufacturers’ warranties for products distributed though us. Each product will come with a specific warranty period which will detail the length of your warranty. If the product fails under conditions of normal use, Veterans Medical Supply, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product or any of its components.

This Limited Warranty does not cover: a) any damage caused as a result of improper use, abuse, modification or alteration of the product; b) repairs carried out by any service organization that has not been expressly authorized by Veterans Medical Supply, Inc. to perform such repairs; and c) any damage or contamination due to cigarette, pipe, cigar or other smoke. Veterans Medical Supply, Inc. will pay for all shipping charges on warranty products.
